Dundrum Clinic are official providers of the BTL Exilis Ultra Femme 360 in Ireland. The Ultra Femme is an effective way to rejuvenate your intimate area.

Over time, the skin around our vagina tends to get weaker. It becomes flabby and loses its elasticity. Whilst this can feel dry and uncomfortable, it can also lead to other issues such as:

  • urinary incontinence
  • loss of sexual pleasure & inability to orgasm
  • loss of confidence and low self-esteem.

Fortunately, the Ultra Femme can alleviate many of these conditions. It tightens the skin around your vagina and restores its natural feel.

Frequently asked questions

Each session with the Exilis Ultra 360 takes around 15-30 minutes.

You might see some redness, irritation or light bruising immediately after the procedure, but this is completely normal and tends to clear up within a few days.

The Exilis uses focused radiofrequency energy to heat and activate collagen fibres deep within the vaginal tissues. This encourages natural regeneration of the skin, resulting in improved elasticity, moisture and tone. The treatment is safe, non-invasive and typically completed within 20–30 minutes.

Most clients describe the sensation as a warm, soothing heat. The procedure is generally well-tolerated and does not require anaesthesia. Any mild discomfort usually resolves immediately after the session.

This depends on your individual goals and clinical assessment, but most clients benefit from a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Your clinician will recommend a personalised plan at your initial consultation.

One session to treat the intimate area starts at €220.

The Exilis is suitable for anyone who has areas of loose or flabby skin around their intimate area. By boosting collagen production, it can make the skin around your intimate area tighter, more comfortable and more sensitive.

During your initial consultation with us we'll go through your medical history to ensure you're the right fit for the treatment.
